DaneIT is a one-person business run by Dane, based in the Netherlands. This is a short, readable explanation of what happens to your data when you use the contact form or email me.
What I collect
- Name and email address (required to reply).
- Optional: company name, phone number, rough budget.
- The text of your message.
- Technical: your IP address and user agent (for abuse prevention).
Why
Only to get back to you and, if relevant, make a quote. No newsletter, no marketing, no third-party sharing.
How long
Non-client data is deleted within six months if no project follows. Client data is kept for the legal accounting period (7 years in the Netherlands).
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion at any time. Email hello@daneit.nl, I reply within a day.
Cookies
This site sets only a technical session cookie (to secure the contact form). No tracking or analytics cookies.
