Terms and conditions

A short, readable version of my terms. A formal document is available on request.

1. Who

DaneIT is a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers are available on request and shown on every quote and invoice.

2. Quotes

Every quote is fixed and written. A quote is valid for 30 days from issue. Additional scope is always agreed before execution and quoted separately.

3. Payment

Invoices are issued per phase, payable within 14 days. Larger projects may require a 30% upfront payment.

4. Ownership

Source code, copy and visuals become fully owned by the client upon full payment. Source code is portable and hostable without external dependencies.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant phase, capped at the total project amount. No liability for indirect damages.

6. Cancellation

A project can be cancelled by the client at any time. Delivered work is billed in full; ongoing unfinished phases at 50%.

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all work. In case of dispute we first try to settle amicably; otherwise the court in the contractor's district is competent.
